Originally started in 1982 by Gerard and Chas, Flowers in the Dustbin came to life. Within the time they were together they released a demo, an LP and two EPs. They disbanded in 1986, and although it seemed as though that was the end, it obviously wasn't. When Honey Bear Records was to release a Flowers' CD, it put forth in motion what would result in the creation of "The Other Side of the Rainbow".
